This page explains what we collect on sales.burkyflow.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Short version: we use your details to respond to your enquiry and book your call. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: your name, business name, email, phone number, and your answers to the qualifying questions.
- Booking details if you schedule a call through the calendar on our confirmation page.
- Basic visit data through the Meta Pixel and similar tools: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and the ad that brought you here. This helps us measure our advertising.
What we use it for
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for the call you booked.
- To send you a reminder before that call.
- To follow up about your enquiry if you didn’t book. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry, including with automated or AI-assisted calls. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Where it lives and who sees it
Your details are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and processed by the service providers that run this site and our scheduling and advertising, such as Vercel and Meta. They process it on our behalf. We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to connect your visit to the ad you clicked. You can limit this through your browser settings or through Meta’s ad preferences.
